Brief history of the company
Our company was founded on 1986 in Santa Coloma de Farners by Mr.Angel Cors Montane, as an auto-service for cars and buses.
In 1996 we begin to manufacture minibuses on various chassis like Mercedes, Iveco, etc. In 2000 we expanded the installations to manufacture bigger size buses and to offer all kind of service for urban vehicles, airports and regular lines, etc.) also as a service for any chassis type, but always subcontracted by the most prestigious Spanish bodyworks producers.
On 2003 we changed our business strategy, creating our own technical office, in charge with the projects design and homologation, and we developed our own independent product, becoming manufacturers, marketing our buses and creating the STACO brand.
In the 2004 we expanded again our installations, initiating our international expansion of the brand, entering with success onto the most important markets: Germany, England, France and Italy, where we have a commercial network, and where we can provide the after-sales service.
Our buses, called DEXON, are included in the midicoaches category, buses of medium capacity, with 27 up to 39 seats, with front or rear engine. Since its launch has supposed a success in sales by its relation price-quality-design.
At the end of 2008 we initiated the development of a new bodywork of 25 seats, built up on a MITSUBISHI FUSO CANTER 7C 18 chassis. With this bus we completed he whole range of bodyworks types.
Now we are expanding on to the new countries of the European Union, where we are growing in sales.
